Does it work on my phone?
Yes, on Android or iPhone. Roundly works in your phone's web browser: add it to your Home Screen and it opens like an app. It isn't in the App Store or Google Play.
Can clients pay by card or Direct Debit?
No. Roundly keeps track of bank transfers and cash, and your reminder carries your bank details so clients know where to pay.
Does it message clients by itself?
No. You send each reminder yourself, on WhatsApp from your own phone. That's why there are no text credits to buy.
Does it do invoices?
No. Roundly keeps track of who owes you and for how long, and one tap writes the reminder with your bank details.
What if there's no signal at a house?
It still works. Your changes send to Roundly when you're back in signal, and Roundly also takes a backup every night.
What happens to my clients if I leave?
They stay yours. Download your whole list as a spreadsheet any time, from the Work screen. Nothing is charged unless you say yes.
Who can see my clients' details?
