The plans include different features. getSoapy includes automatic messages and invoices on every plan. Roundly has neither.
- Roundly: one price for the whole round, every worker included. No VAT is added, because Roundly isn't VAT registered.
- getSoapy: you alone is the Starter plan at £7 a month (Advanced, at £12.50, adds route optimisation). Workers are only on the Pro plan: £17.50 a month, plus £4.90 a month for each worker or £9.90 for each manager. Their page says “We don't add VAT to our prices”. Texts cost 3.5p to 5p each, or 3.5p on Pro, and emails are free. Card and Direct Debit payments have a fee on each payment. - getSoapy Kickstart: if you work on your own and you're in your first year of trading or have fewer than 50 customers, Starter is free for 12 months, or Advanced and Pro are half price. You apply and they decide. Kickstart

Who should stay with getSoapy
If you work alone, getSoapy's Starter plan costs less than Roundly. If you're also in your first year or have fewer than 50 customers, its Kickstart offer can make Starter free for a year.
If you take card or Direct Debit payments through getSoapy, or want invoices and texts sent to customers automatically, it does that and Roundly doesn't. Roundly tracks bank transfer and cash, and sends WhatsApp reminders with your bank details.
If you want an app from the App Store or Google Play, getSoapy has one. Roundly works in your phone's browser instead: add it to your Home Screen and it opens like an app.
How moving over works
