A few things to know
When do I receive the credit?
After your friend’s free months and three confirmed monthly subscription payments. A free signup alone doesn’t earn a reward. The £45 then goes towards your future Roundly bills.
What does my friend get?
Four months free to try Roundly, one more than everyone else. After that, they pay from £9.99 a month, depending on how many customers they have. The £45 credit is yours, not theirs.
Can I refer more than one business?
Yes. Each qualifying business earns you another £45 credit. Your credits can stack and roll forward to future bills.
Is it money I can withdraw?
No. It’s credit towards Roundly subscription bills. It can’t be withdrawn as cash, transferred to someone else or used for your cleaning customers’ balances.
Who qualifies?
A new, separate cleaning business joining through your personal referral link. Referring yourself, opening another round for the same business or creating duplicate accounts doesn’t qualify. Each new business can have one referrer.
What if they cancel or get a refund?
If they leave before making three qualifying monthly payments, neither of you receives a reward. Refunded or reversed payments don’t count. A reward based on a payment later refunded or reversed may be removed.
Where is my referral link?
Referrals aren’t open yet. Your personal link will be available in Roundly when the offer launches. Signing up or sharing this page before the offer opens doesn’t register a referral or earn credit.
