- Roundly: one price for the whole round, every worker included. No VAT is added, because Roundly isn't VAT registered.
- Squeegee: £19 a month per user plus 20% VAT on Core, which doesn’t include free credits. Advanced is £25 per user plus VAT and includes 150 free credits a month per user. Who should stay with Squeegee
If you take payments by saved card (on Advanced plans and above) or GoCardless Direct Debit through Squeegee, it does that and Roundly doesn't. Roundly tracks bank transfer and cash, and sends WhatsApp reminders with your bank details.
If you want an app from the App Store or Google Play, Squeegee has one. Roundly works in your phone's browser instead: add it to your Home Screen and it opens like an app.
How moving over works
- Download your customers from your old app as a spreadsheet, or gather what you have: a spreadsheet, an export, a list.
- Upload it to Roundly, or email it to [email protected] and we'll put your round in for you, free.
- See how your customers will look before anything is added. Anyone already in Roundly isn't added twice.
- Try Roundly alongside your current app before deciding. Nothing is charged unless you say yes.
