What could your audience bring in?

You earn when a referred business pays. Choose a number to see an example. Roundly costs £9.99 to £49.99 a month, by how many customers a business has; this example uses £19.99.

£19.99 × 40% = £8 per eligible paid month.

Example monthly commission£200
Up to, across the first 12 payments£2,400

Illustration, not guaranteed earnings. Assumes every business pays £19.99 for all 12 eligible months; smaller rounds pay less and earn you less. Free trials, taxes, refunds, discounts and subscription credits earn no commission; cancellations reduce earnings.

How the partnership works

Recommend it. Show it. Earn from it.

  1. Apply and get your link

Tell us about your channel and the cleaners you reach. Liam replies within 24 hours with your own link, ready to share.

  2. Show Roundly in action

Introduce the diary, today’s jobs and who owes what. Your audience joins through your link and gets the usual three-month free trial.

  3. Earn as they choose to stay

After the trial, earn 40% of what they pay for their first 12 monthly payments, then 10% for the next 12. We check each referral, then pay commission monthly once you’re owed £20. Your first payout usually comes 5 to 8 months after your first sign-up, because businesses start with free months.

The details

Clear from the first introduction

Who is this offer for?

Creators, educators and trade communities with an audience of window cleaning business owners. You don’t need a huge following: tell us who you reach and how you would demonstrate Roundly. The 40% launch rate is for the first 10 partners.

Do I get Roundly free?

If you run a round yourself, yes: once the first business you referred makes its first payment, you get a year of Roundly free.

When does commission start?

With the referred business’s first payment after its free months. You earn 40% on its first 12 monthly payments and 10% on the next 12, while it remains a paying customer. Free months do not use up any of those payments. There is no commission for a signup or a free trial alone.

How is commission calculated and paid?

Commission is 40% of eligible Roundly subscription revenue actually received, excluding taxes, refunds, reversed payments, discounts and amounts paid using subscription credits. At a £19.99 payment, you earn £8; at £9.99, about £4. Commission is paid once a month by bank transfer, as money to you rather than Roundly account credit, on payments at least 30 days old. Refunded or reversed payments are taken off later payouts. The full rules are in the partner terms.

Can this combine with the £45-each referral offer?

No. Each new business can qualify through one programme: the creator partnership or the customer referral offer. Creator referrals receive the usual three-month free trial, but neither side also receives the £45 customer referral credit for that signup.

Which referrals qualify?

New, separate businesses that sign up through your partner link. Existing customers, your own business, duplicate accounts and self-referrals do not qualify. We check each one before paying commission.

When can I start sharing my link?

As soon as you’re accepted. Liam reads every application and replies within 24 hours, and your link works from that moment. Every business that signs up through it is recorded against your name. If someone opens two partners’ links, the last one they opened before signing up counts. Ask people to open your link in Safari or Chrome rather than inside Instagram, so it counts for you. If you think a sign-up was missed, tell us within 30 days of the monthly update that should have shown it.

Do I need to say I earn commission?

Yes. Make the commercial relationship clear whenever you promote Roundly through your partner link. We’ll include disclosure guidance in your partner agreement.
