Your customers stay yours
Download your whole list whenever you like, and have it deleted when you leave. Here's where it's kept and who can see it.
Download it any time
Download your whole customer list as a spreadsheet from the Work screen, whenever you like. It opens in Excel or Google Sheets, and Roundly can read the same file back in.
Where it's kept
- Cloudflare hosts Roundly and stores your round, including photos and voice notes. Its servers are in many countries.
- A copy of your round is kept on your phone, so the app works with no signal. That copy stays after you log out, so don't use Roundly on a phone other people use.
- A voice note is turned into writing by Groq, in the USA. A question typed into Help is read by OpenRouter, in the USA; only the question is sent, never your customers. To place customers on the map, only the postcode is sent to postcodes.io. Job reminders reach your phone through its maker's notification service (Apple, Google or Mozilla).
- A copy of everything is taken every night and kept for 90 days on the operator's own encrypted computer, so your round can be put back if something goes wrong.
Who can see it
- The people your round adds under People. A worker sees only their own jobs, and sees prices only if you allow it.
- Liam, who runs Roundly, when needed to fix a problem, restore a backup or answer a Help question you sent him. Help questions are kept so the answers can be improved.
- No other round can see yours. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.
When you leave
Download your list first, then email [email protected] and your round is deleted. Copies in the nightly backups go within 90 days after that.
