This tool builds your message in your browser and saves nothing. Copy puts it on your clipboard. Open in WhatsApp passes the message, including any bank details, to WhatsApp before you send it to a customer. Check the message and choose who it goes to there.
When to send each one
One window cleaner on a trade forum sends a reminder a week after the clean, then again at two and three weeks. If it reaches the next clean date, he tells them their cleans are on hold until they pay (Window Cleaning Forums, 2018).
