Who should stay with Cleaner Planner
If your customers pay by GoCardless Direct Debit through Cleaner Planner, it does that on its Pro and Team plans, and Roundly doesn't. Roundly tracks bank transfer and cash, and sends WhatsApp reminders with your bank details.
If you want texts sent from the app itself, Cleaner Planner's Pro and Team plans send them through a text provider. Roundly's reminders go on WhatsApp from your own phone, one tap each, with no credits to buy.
How moving over works
- Download your customers from your old app as a spreadsheet, or gather what you have: a spreadsheet, an export, a list.
- Upload it to Roundly, or email it to [email protected] and we'll put your round in for you, free.
- See how your customers will look before anything is added. Anyone already in Roundly isn't added twice.
